Glowing Text
First, open up Paint Shop Pro and create a new canvas. Mine is going to be 300 x 100. Then you need a lighter and darker tone of the same colour. Make the darker one up the top of your pallette and the lighter one down the bottom.
Then click on the text icon
and make sure your setting are like mine.
Then click on your page and type your text. Then expand it by going Selections > Modify > Expand. Type in 2 and press ok.
Now you should have an image with the little black ants marching around it
Next, go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop shadow. Make sure your setting match mine. Press ok, save your image and you should end up with something like this:
Note: You can make the glow stronger by repeating the Effects > 3D Effects > Drop shadow step
