Glittery Doll
First, open up Animation Shop and then open up your doll. You will need 2 copies so click on your doll and press control+c and then control+shift+L so you have two dolls.
Next, click on the brush icon
and make sure the width is one. You also need to make sure that you have white set as the top colour on your colours pallete.
Now click on the first doll and place random dots all over the doll. Do this for the other doll too but make sure that they aren't placed in the same spots as the first doll!
Now all you need to do is save it and you should end up with something like this!
