Cursors
First you need to create your cursor. You need to make sure your image is 32 x 32 pixels or else it will not show up. Here's my sample:
Once you have finished, paste your cursor into animation shop and make the background transparent like this:
Now you have to save your cursor in .ani format or else it won't work. Go file > save as and click the arrow and select Animated Cursor (.ani).
Now you'll need to upload your cursor to an image host like Site Sled because ones like photobucket do not allow .ani files to be uploaded.
Then all you have to do is paste your cursor URL into these codes and put the first code in your webpage and the second code in your css.
