Colourizing
Firstly, open up Paint Shop Pro and your image/writing. Here's my example, you can use it to follow along.
Then, find the colour you want to colourize your image with and memorize the hue and the saturation. I'm using blue. Check you've got the right numbers by clicking here.
Then, press Shift + L and a screen should come up like this. Type in the hue and saturation and your colourized image should come up in the right hand frame.
Press "OK" and your image should look something like this!
