First, open up Paint Shop Pro and create a new canvas. Mine is going to be 300 x 100. Then you need a lighter and darker tone of the same colour. Make the darker one up the top of your pallette and the lighter one down the bottom
Then click on the text icon
and make sure your setting are like mine.
Then click on your page and type your text. You can also make it look better by expanding it by going Selections > Modify > Expand. Type in 2 and press ok.
Once you've done that, save it and you should end up with something like this!
